Terms & Conditions:

Introduction:

"We", Gruppo South Export, and/or any of our brands, subsidiaries, affiliated services, or commercial divisions provide communication, promotion, forwarding, and support services subject to the following Terms & Conditions. 

By using our services, customers agree to comply with the conditions stated below.

1. Industrial Categories and Codes:

The platform is divided into 20 industrial sectors (+ sub-categories), including but not limited to polymers, metals, and other industries.

Each service is charged separately. Customers who wish to promote products or services within a specific sector will be assigned a dedicated category code for that sector only.

Example:

If a customer wishes to promote products in the Polymers sector, a Polymers code will be assigned.

If the same customer wishes to trade in another sector or product category, an additional application and separate code assignment will be required. Additional charges may apply.

2. Support Services:

Customer support is available in different languages through:

• Email communication

• Voice calls

• Video conferences

• Presentations

• Catalogue 

3. Scope of Company Responsibility:

We guarantee only the communication services and catalogues created and provided directly by Gruppo South Export and/or any of our brands.

We are not responsible for external content, customer-generated materials, or communications outside our managed services.

4. Basic Forwarding Service:

Customers requesting only a forwarding service will be assigned the "Basic Service"  category.

Under this service:

• Incoming calls or emails are received in the original language.

• Messages are forwarded exactly as received, without translation.

Example:

If an email arrives in Italian and its destination is Germany, the email will be forwarded in Italian without modifications or translation.

5. Translation Responsibility Disclaimer:

Gruppo South Export and/or any of our brands accept no responsibility for misunderstandings resulting from:

• Customer translations

• Third-party translation tools

• Interpretation methods selected by customers

• Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of their own translated communications.

6. "MyBrand"  Translation Service:

Customers choosing live conversation support with interpretation or language assistance will use the "MyBrand category" .

This category includes translation services trough e-mail or WhatsApp Business communication.

7. VIP Service:

The VIP Service category includes:

• Unlimited callback services

• Fixed phone and mobile phone support

• Unlimited translation (12 languages)

• WhatsApp Business Communication 

• Google Meet 

• Unlimited Mobile Or Landline Call me back service 

• Video conference calls

• Video-assisted machinery maintenance support

• Priority communication assistance

8. Account Monitoring and Suspension:

Any suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

• False registrations

• Misleading or fraudulent information

• Abnormal pricing activities or suspicious price dumping

• Unusual commercial behavior

Actions considered harmful to the company or its customers

may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of the customer account at the sole discretion of Gruppo South Export and/or any of our brands.

9. Right to Modify Services:

Gruppo South Export and/or any of our brands reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services and conditions whenever necessary without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of services provided by Gruppo South Export and/or any of its brands, subsidiaries, affiliated services, or commercial divisions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any service provided by Gruppo South Export and/or any of our brands, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
